Hand-spinning, also known as "thumb twiddling," is a traditional form of cultural art originating from ancient times. Hand-spinners are small tools made from materials that, when rubbed or rolled between the fingers, produce a distinct glassy sound and sensation, often used by many for relaxation, stress relief, and meditation purposes. While the materials commonly associated with hand-spinning are often jade, it is not necessarily limited to jade.
